Rent of vehicles is an independent kind of contracts of rent. It is possible to rent all - from a bicycle to a spaceship if only money has sufficed, and there were corresponding skills. However the most widespread kind of rent of vehicles all over the world was and there is a rent of cars.

The Russian legislation operates with two kinds of rent of vehicles:

1) rent of a vehicle with granting of services in steering and technical operation (rent of the HARDWARE with crew) (1 §3 HK the Russian Federation). In this case you do not steer the HARDWARE independently and do not bear burden of service of the HARDWARE during all period of rent, accordingly, you are not responsible for the harm caused by the HARDWARE to the third parties, either damage or loss of the HARDWARE if damage or HARDWARE loss are not caused by your illegal actions.
